A winter weather advisory for all of Southwestern Pennsylvania remains in effect until midnigtht as a winter storm bears down on the area. Three to five inches of snow is expected. The most intense snow is expected to fall between 2 and 11 p.m. A wind chilll advisory is also in effect from 7 p.m. through noon Friday, as wind chills as low as 19 below and temperatures of around 0 are expected later, along with winds of 10 to 20 mph.
