Liquor law violation: Carmichaels Lodge No. 819, Loyal Order of the Moose, at 125 Municipal Road, was charged with serving alcoholic beverages on various dates between July 3 and Aug. 25 after its liquor license had expired, said the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. The license expired June 30, the bureau said.

Theft: State police are looking for a white male who was driving a light blue GMC pickup truck when he stole scrap metal from the yard of Robert Strope of Waynesburg at 10:30 a.m. Monday. The truck had a hole in the grill and a missing gas lid, police said.

Criminal mischief: Jason Rutan, 35, of Waynesburg, was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly kicked a door, damaged the door and door frame, at the Disabled American Veterans on Smith Creek Road at 5 p.m. Sunday, state police said.
