MUNHALL (AP) – One suspect has surrendered in the fatal shooting of a man in the parking lot of a Pittsburgh-area fast food restaurant.

Police say there was heroin found inside and around the vehicle where 20-year-old Imani Porter was found shot about 8:10 p.m. Wednesday. Family members say Porter was an uncle of Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa.

Authorities say one suspect, a 17-year-old man, turned himself in on Thursday afternoon. Police are still seeking a second man.

Porter was parked in a Steak ‘n Shake parking lot in Munhall when he was shot. He died early Thursday at UPMC-Mercy hospital in Pittsburgh.

Police say the suspects were sitting in the vehicle with Porter when the shooting occurred. They got into another vehicle driven by a third man, who drove away.
