WHS completes office merger

Washington Health System said it has completed a merger of two Washington medical practices.

According to a press release from WHS, effective Dec. 30, the practice of Washington Health System Family Medicine – East Wylie (formerly known as Dr. Dennis Davis’ office) merged with Washington Health System Family Medicine – North Main (formerly known as Washington Family Medicine – office of Drs. Sunaina Nangia and Christa Malinak).

The official name of the new, combined practice is Washington Health System Family Medicine – North Main.

Dr. Sunaina Nangia M.D., completed her education at Lady Hardinge Medical College and her residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Family Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Christa Malinak, M.D. is a board certified family physician. She completed her education in Detroit at Wayne State University School of Medicine and her residency at Providence Hospital and Medical Centers.

Dr. Dennis Davis, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He studied at Temple Medical School and completed his residency at Washington Hospital Family Practice.

The new location for Dr. Davis, nurse practitioners Amy Rygleski and Tiffany Vogel, and staff, is 190 N. Main St., Washington Federal Building, Floor 2, Suite 204, Washington.
