Retail theft: Destiny M. Hoge, 19, of Waynesburg was charged with retail theft after she allegedly was caught stealing goods from the Sheetz Store at 11 p.m. Friday, state police said.

Phone stolen: Elamin Ali Moore, 38, of Philadelphia, told Southwest Regional Police that his black Samsung Galaxy Rush cell phone was stolen between 8:15 and 8:40 p.m. Jan. 14 from the restroom of BFS Foods in Mt. Morris.
