Harassment charge: Zachary Halverson, no age given, of Waynesburg, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident at 8:10 p.m. Sunday in the 600 Building at Mountainview Gardens, state police said. Police identifed the victim as Davida Romanakis of Waynesburg.

Burglary reported: A laptop computer and several DVDs were stolen in a burglary between Jan. 2 and Jan. 6 at a residence on Fox Hill Road, state police said. The victim was not identified by police. Police ask anyone with information on the crime to call them at 724-627-6151.
