Cornerstone Care has certified application counselors available to assist consumers in navigating the Healthcare Marketplace.
If there is an upcoming event in which Cornerstone Care can participate to provide healthcare marketplace education and enrollment assistance, call Donna Simpson, manager of Outreach and Mobile Services, at 724 852-1001, ext. 306.
In addition, Cornerstone Care continues to provide school-based health education programming, mobile dental programs with referrals made to current dentist or a local Cornerstone Care dental facility, clinical breast exams and mammogram referrals (vouchers), immunizations, and other services.
