The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Tyree T. Jackson, 23, 203 North College St., Washington; accident involving damage; charged Feb. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Jennifer S. Champion, 31, 73 Bulger Block Road, Bulger; criminal mischief, reckless driving and failure to stop and give information rendering aid; charged March 9; sentence – 23 months of probation, anger management, $225 fine, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Matthew T. Chauvet, 24, 314 Grange Road, McDonald; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and driving with a suspended driver’s license; charged May 6; sentence – 60 days of electronic home monitoring and 12 months of probation.

Quilnesia I. Foster, 24, 417 First St., Monessen; theft by unlawful taking; charged Jan. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Christine M. Cain, 26, 105 Conklin Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jeffrey M. Henderson, 43, 380 Ewing St., Meadow Lands; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ronald A. Wood, 31, 434 Blue Jay Drive, Canonsburg; two counts of use of drug paraphernalia; charged March 12; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Caressa D. Garrison, 24, 242 Kings Road, Washington; two counts of retail theft; charged Jan. 23; 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Wal-Mart.

Amy Hennel, 26, 159 Linden Way, Donora; three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 24; sentence – 3 years of probation.

William R. Coulter, 32, 3314 Rainbow Run Road, Monongahela; criminal trespass; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 23 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Michael P. Sullivan Sr., 35, 5147 Keystone St., Pittsburgh; unsworn falsification; charged Jan. 12, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Teemon D. Vernet, 29, 427 Jones St., Belle Vernon; theft by deception; charged March 21; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart.

Darwin R. Butler, 24, 1682 East Maiden St., Washington; escape; charged April 25; sentence – 2 years of probation.

Dale K. Caldwell, 50, 190 Windsor Drive, Washington; escape; charged April 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Tyler A. Mayer, 24, 22 Townsite Road, Langeloth; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 10; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

David P. Panzone, 28, 252 California Road, Brownsville; retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Nov. 27, 2012; sentence – 1 year of probation and banned from Wal-Mart.

Melvin R. Hayes, 42, 121 Second St., Follansbee, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Jan. 12; sentence – 12 month probation, retail theft counseling and banned from Wal-Mart.

Charles W. Martin, 25, 22 East Pitt St., Canonsburg; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Aug. 20; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, and $1,000 fine.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Roy Corbett, 21, 415 Jackson St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 2; sentence – 12 months in Probation Without Verdict program and no contact with codefendants.

Joshua Patragas, 34, 1048 Mayberry Drive, Canonsburg; retail theft; charged July 10; sentence – 23 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Peters Township Giant Eagle.

Jessica L. Rose, 20, 1115 Hill St., Belle Vernon; retail theft, false identification to law enforcement and defiant trespass; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Wal-Mart.

Marsina J. Matthews, 34, 416 1/2 Duquesne Ave., Canonsburg; one count of harassment and one count of harassment by subjecting another to physical contact; charged Feb. 9, 2013; sentence – 6 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
