Plans display set for Canonsburg bridge project

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will hold an open house plans display from 5 to 6:30 p.m. July 17 at the Canonsburg municipal building for a bridge replacement project on South Central Avenue. A structurally deficient bridge spanning Chartiers Creek will be removed and replaced. During construction there will be a detour around the area and pedestrians will also have to detour.
The public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed projectand PennDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments.
