Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:

Daniel J. Zack, 34, 303 N. Main St., Midway; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Feb. 2; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of incarceration with minimum on electronic home monitoring, 12-month drivers license suspension and $300 fine.

Numerous people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenses of DUI. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
