CARMICHAELS – A King Coal 5K run/walk will be held as part of the 2014 Pennsylvania Bituminous Coal Show in Carmichaels.

Registration will take place at 7:45 a.m. at the Carmichaels fire hall on race day, Aug. 16. The cost to register is $15 and must be postmarked by July 30. The cost after July 30 is $20.

Downloadable registration forms are available at www.kingcoalshow.org and can be mailed to King Coal Association, Attention 5K, P.O. Box 275, Carmichaels, PA 15320.

All registered runners/walkers will receive a race T-shirt. Shirts are not guaranteed to late registrants. Participants under 18 years of age must have the signature of a parent or legal guardian on their registration form to enter.
