In the picture caption that accompanied a story Friday about 2013 Miss Rain Day Stephanie Mitchell’s service project, the man pictured with her was incorrectly identified. He is her uncle Justin Bogucki, who served with the Marines and proudly supports her Wounded Warrior Project.
