The following people appeared recently before Washington County Court Judge Valarie Costanzo for sentencing:

Michael R. Kolosky Jr., 21, 2006 Fourth St., Cardale; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 1; sentence – $300 fine.

Jordan S. Welsh, 23, 115 Parcell St., Claysville; simple assault; charged July 17, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Edward T. Sawicky III, 27, 59 St. Cloud Road, Eighty Four; second offense of driving under the influence; charged June 5, 2013; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail, $1,500 fine and 18-month license suspension.

Dylan T. Cook, 29, 610 Franklin Ave., Canonsburg; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 26; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and 18-month license suspension.

Victoria L. Howell, 40, 128 Linden Ave., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 13; 12 months of probation.

Michelle L. Terrell, 39, 357 Castle Road, Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 31; sentence – $300 fine.

Joshua Okert, 31, 910 Union Ave., McKeesport; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Raymond E. Gereshenski, 39, 46 Vista Lane, Finleyville; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 10; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Richard A. Cameron Jr., 25, 217 Waddell Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 7; sentence – 6 months of probation.

George Benson, 59, 400 Chestnut St., Donora; possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.

Jason L. Finkley, 33, 135 1/2 Murdock St., Canonsburg; harassment and resisting arrest; charged Nov. 23; sentence – 1 year of probation, $300 fine, banned from Waffle House and anger-management classes.

Christopher A. Harris, 29, 281 East Prospect Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 2; sentence – $300 fine.

Trevor Kniha, 26, 97 Michael Ave., Washington; accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use and conspiracy to access a device issued to another who did not authorize use; charged Aug. 10; sentence – 23 months of probation and restitution.

Gary E. Harmon, 44, 680 East Beau St., Washington; forgery; charged Oct. 29; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Earl O. Gorby, 45, 238 Meadowcroft Road, Avella; selling of unlicensed malt/brewed beverage on premises; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, $2,000 fine, money and contraband seized and contraband destroyed.

Kenny A. Wiley, 37, 514 Fifth Boulevard, West Brownsville; theft of services and conspiracy to commit theft of services; charged Jan. 4, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Chad M. Fartini, 42, 62 Jones Lane, Monongahela; making repairs/selling offensive weapons; charged Jan. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger-management classes and weapon to be destroyed.

Nine people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

Brandy M. Curtis, 27, 121 Main St., West Alexander; retail theft; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.

Lyle M. Poziviak, 28, 1638 Fourth St. Extension, Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 4; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.

Amber N. Wiley, 29, 514 Fifth Boulevard, West Brownsville; theft of services and conspiracy to commit theft of services; charged Jan. 4, 2012; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.

Nicole C. Yarnot, 30, 135 Kenric Ave., Donora; theft from a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.

Thomas M. Yohe, 36, 1219 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 27; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.

Robert W. McClafferty, 33, Brackenridge; theft by unlawful taking; charged Aug. 15; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.

Elias M. Kean, 34, 313 Bellwalt Drive, McMurray; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 7; 12 months of ARD program.

Joy D. Parr, 46, 119 Lockhart St., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged July 20; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.

Shane E. Jenkins, 22, 5522 Longview Ave., Monongahela; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 29; sentence – 12 months of ARD program.
