Multiple people receive ARD in Greene

WAYNESBURG – Greene County Court of Common Pleas Judge Farley Toothman admitted several criminal defendants to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program this week.

Those accepted into the program must serve at least one year of probation and pay all fines and costs.

Defendants who enter the program charged with driving under the influence of alcohol also may have their driving privileges suspended and be required to refrain from the use or possession of alcohol.

Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged. Admitted were:

John F. Fulmer, III, 62, of 72 Route 21 Mobil Home Park, charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence incapable of safe driving and two summary traffic violations. Police pulled Fulmer over for driving erratically in Cumberland Township on Nov. 2. His blood-alcohol content was 0.081 percent. There was no driver’s license suspension.

David Scott Hathaway, 34, of 404 W. South St., Carmichaels, charged with DUI, DUI incapable of safe driving, and a summary traffic violation. Police arrested Hathaway Feb. 16, 2012, after he wrecked in a field along Garards Fort Road in Franklin Township. Hathaway’s BAC was 0.230 percent. He received a 60-day driver’s license suspension.

Lonnie Daniel Miller, 40, of 141 McCracken Road, Wind Ridge, charged with criminal mischief. Miller and two other men broke into a residence located at 873 McCracken Road on Jan. 1 causing $3,000 in damage. Miller was ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution.

Leigh Ann Inghram, 25, of 116 Orchard Road, Waynesburg, charged with DUI, DUI incapable of safe driving and a summary traffic violation. Inghram was arrested after being involved in an accident on Sept. 7 along Sugar Run Road in Waynesburg. Her BAC was 0.263 percent. She was ordered to serve two years in the ARD program and received a 60-day driver’s license suspension.
