The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court:
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Charles S. Roman, 44, 321 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; stalking, resisting arrest, simple assault and unlawful taking; charged Dec. 17; sentence – 2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 25 hours of community service and restitution.
David A. Earlywine II, 45, 696 McCarrell Ave., Washington; flight to avoid apprehension; charged Oct. 14; 12 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and $200 fine.
Vincent F. Catlin, 26, 10 South Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 29; 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and $500 fine.
Ruth A. Anderson, 28, 404 Hickory Ave., Donora; theft from a motor vehicle; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
