WAYNESBURG – A Waynesburg man who pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, his third DUI offense in 10 years, was sentenced Wednesday by Greene County Judge Farley Toothman to the county’s intermediate punishment program.

Donald Shelestak, 44, of 835 Woodland Ave., was ordered to spend five years in the program with the first 12 months under house arrest. He also was ordered to pay $2,525 in fines and perform 225 hours of community service.
