A bake sale to benefit the auxiliary of the Center Township Volunteer Fire Department will be held Friday on the steps of the Greene County Courthouse. Items available for sale include hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, veggie pizza, cabbage and noodles, fresh fruit salad and various desserts.

First Baptist Church of Clarksville will celebrate Mens and Womens Day at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Marvin Harris of the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Fairchance.
