State police and the Greene County coroner have identified the man killed while riding his motorcycle Saturday. Nathan Michael Edwards, 22, of Ferncliff Road, Rices Landing was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Greg Rohanna.

Police were called about 6 p.m. to the intersection of Route 188 and Pine Street in Jefferson Borough. Rohanna said a car traveling south on Pine was turning into a driveway when it collided with the northbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle operated by Edwards. State police identified the driver of the car as Edwin J. Boord, 77, of Masontown.

State police are continuing their investigation. Edwards was not wearing a helmet.
