State police Bureau of Liquor Control officers with assistance from state police cited 16 minors and six juveniles for underage drinking stemming from a minor patrol Friday at First Niagara Pavilion in Hanover.

A 19-year-old woman was also cited for having false identification in addition to underage drinking.
