Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Noel B. Wayman, 45, 19 Overbrook Lane, McDonald; robbery, conspiracy and two counts of retail theft; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 5 to 23 months in jail, restitution, no contact with the victim and banned from Wal-Mart.

Teri J. Dixon, 56, 168 Ginger Hill Road, Finleyville; providing false identification to law enforcement; charged Nov. 14; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Eugenio Mendez, 29, 915 McKean Ave., Charleroi; two counts of criminal trespass; charged Sept. 17; sentence – 23 months of probation and restitution.

Anthony P. Frameli, 21, 646 McKean Ave., Donora; simple trespass; charged Aug. 9; sentence – $100 fine.

James E. Moss, 34, 53 Center Ave., Burgettstown; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 1, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Charlene Ozarowski, 45, 680 E. Beau St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 17; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Rehny Little, 20, 101 E. 12th St., Homestead; possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 25; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.

Stephanie E. Duff, 28, 1245 California Terrace, California; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 18; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Ricardo Freeman Jr., 36, 113 Pinewood Square, Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance and second offense of DUI; charged Jan. 25, 2010; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $750 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock.

Andrew Simmons, 39, 20 Moore Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Kevin B. Woodhouse Jr., 30, 83 Hallam Road, Washington; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged May 17, 2013; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail.

One person was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders by Judge John DiSalle. If he successfully completes the program he can petition the court to have his record expunged.

Ryan S. Miller, 20, 1011 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi, was admitted for 12 months for a first offense of DUI; charged Jan. 11.
