Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Kristin M. Mull, 24, of 44 Kaukonen Drive, Coal Center; attempted theft of a motor vehicle, loitering, theft, criminal conspiracy; charged Dec. 28, 2012, May 17 and Aug. 20; sentence – 4 to 12 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation, no contact with victim, restitution, banned from Fredericktown Butcher Shop.

Ricky D. Litton, 56, of 895 Fayette St., Washington; third offense of driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Jan. 1, 2013; sentence – restrictive treatment program for 23 months, with the first 15 months on home monitoring and the first 90 days on SCRAM monitoring; 18-month license suspension and 12-month ignition interlock, 100 hours of community service and $1,000 fine.

Almandine D. Rawls, 35, of 806 Crest Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance, furnishing drug-free urine; charged Dec. 18, 2012; sentence – 23 months of probation.

Neil D. Snedeker, 43, of 244 N. Main St., Houston; first offense of DUI; charged July 17; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail with credit for time in rehabilitation, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Richard L. Linton, 68, of 55 Chestnut St., Beallsville, first offense of DUI; charged Aug. 3, sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail; $600 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Charles Layne, 39, of 611 Seventh St., Charleroi; first offense of DUI; charged Oct. 16; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Tiffany M. Merolillo, 21, of Pittsburgh; first offense of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and accident involving an unattended vehicle; charged July 2; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail with credit for time spent in inpatient treatment, 12 months of probation to run concurrently, $1,100 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Mark S. Davis, 52, of 1264 Amity Ridge Road, Amity; third offense of DUI, driving unregistered vehicle, driving under suspension and driving without proof of financial responsibility; charged Sept. 1, 2012; sentence – 100 days to 12 months in jail, $1,625 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Andrew J. Standiford, 29, of 71 N. Main St., Washington,; possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 28; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.

Greogory J. Stange Jr., 27, of 420 N. Fourth St., West Newton, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 25, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

David A Clemons, 51, of 217 E. Maiden St., Washington, second offense of DUI, driving under suspension; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 1 to 6 months in jail, $1,750 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Glenn W. Holden II, 24, of 137 N. Haft St., Houston, first offense of DUI; charged July 17; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, 12-month license suspension.

Ryan M. Zeigler, 29, of 11 Wilmont Ave., Washington, retail theft; charged Jan. 4; sentence – restrictive treatment probation for 23 months, $377 in restitution, retail theft class and banned from Walmart.

Roman R. Hall, 20, of South Park, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 21, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Davoun D. Fuse, 33, of 591 Western Ave., Canonsburg, first offense of DUI, driving under suspension; charged July 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.

David T. Kearns, 43, of 258 Hall Run Road, Waynesburg; second offense of DUI, driving under suspension; charged July 19; sentence – 60 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $950 fine, 12-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Kawan D. Wright, 22, of 109 Church St., Washington, two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 12, 2011, and Feb. 12, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Jeffrey Turner, 33, of Pittsburgh; two counts of falsification; charged March 9, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

David M. Reilly, 41, of 402 Brad Ave., Washington; DUI, driving under suspension, fleeing or attempting to elude; charged July 7; sentence – 2 1/2 to 5 years in prison, $3,500 in fines, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock.

Erik Sean-Michael Spaziani, 18, of 407 10th St., Washington; corruption of minors, theft and conspiracy; charged Oct. 11 and Nov. 26; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served followed by 5 years of probation, restitution of $529, no contact with the victim, perpetrator counseling.

Joseph D. Boone, 20, of 1160 Fayette St., Washington; burglary; charged June 9; sentence – 8 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, restitution, no contact with the victim.

Jill A. Crouse , 24, of 11 Lemon Hill Road, Prosperity; criminal conspiracy; charged Feb. 1, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months for first offenses of driving under the influence. They also received license suspensions. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Trevor M. Biser, 32, of 152 Springfield Ave., Washington; Tracy D. Irwin, 38, of 787 Regent Drive, Washington; Linda J. Crowe, 53, of 719 Fayette St., Washington; Kenneth D. Gollin, 50, of Romulus, Mich.; Ryan J. Molish, 23, of 9 Plum Lane, Daisytown; Jonathan C. Greene, 32, of B9 Scott Drive, Ellsworth; Julie L. Grego, 48, of Champion; Herb W. McMillian Jr., 23, of Greensburg; Robert E. Tarr, 55, of 316 Beacon Ave., Washington; Jessica M. Jacobs, 25, of 811 Allison Ave., Washington; Autumn C. Bernard, 33, of 15 Amos Lane, Washington; Theodore F. Vactor, 69, of Silver Springs, Md.; Brian D. Lewis, 39, of 212 Buckels Ave., Huston; Kristen R. Menzel, 27, of 7 Kreiling Lane, Eighty Four; Brad Sovich, 38, of 17 Chirumbolo Lane, Canonsburg.

Several people were admitted to the ARD program for other first offenses. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

James A. Feenan, 61, of 154 Washington Road, Cokeburg, was admitted for 12 months for theft, ordered to pay restitution and banned from The Meadows Racetrack & Casino. He was charged Oct. 29.

Robyn Smith, 30, of 210 Washington Ave., Charleroi, was admitted for 12 months for driving without a license and ordered to pay a $200 fine. She was charged May 22.
