Washington Co. reassessment reaches Peters, N. Strabane

Washington County reassessment teams arrived Monday afternoon in Peters and North Strabane Townships.
Tyler Imaging vans will be in those municipalities for about a month photographing every residential and commercial property, said Robert Neil, the county’s reassessment project manager.
Tyler Technologies has a $6.9 million contract to perform the reassessment and began the survey in late September in Washington. The company is expected to photograph nearly 118,000 properties in the county.
Neil said the vans are marked with the company’s name and also carry the county’s seal.
