Driver charged: Klorissa M. Marchetti, 19, of 404 Fifth St., Charleroi, was charged Wednesday by Southwest Regional police with accidents involving injury and failure to render aid after she reportedly struck Brittney N. Tatum, 23, of Coal Center, who was walking outside The Dark Horse Saloon, 132 Main St., Belle Vernon, Fayette County, March 2. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Richard Kasunic.

Computer equipment stolen: Todd Willman, 2315 Shamrock Lane, told Canonsburg police Monday that a computer and other equipment was stolen from his garage. He received the items from his employer.

Bag stolen: Loretta Johnson, 535 Chartiers Ave., told Canonsburg police Monday that her son’s duffle bag containing clothing and his Social Security card were stolen from porch steps outside their apartment.

Dealership entered: A burglar entered Community Motors, 574 W. Pike St., Tuesday night, went through drawers and stole change. The owner discovered the break-in after receiving notification of an alarm.

Trespass charge: Joseph Pastorok, 61, of Washington, was arraigned via video Wednesday before District Judge David Mark on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief after he was found Tuesday by state police living in the basement of 227 Albert St., Canton. The property was seized by the Washington County sheriff’s office last month and is now owned by Wabelco Credit Union. Pastorok was placed in Washington County jail on a probation detainer Tuesday. Mark set bond at $25,000.

Harassment charge: Janice Niedbala, 53, of Sewickley, was charged with harassment by North Strabane police after making repeated telephone calls to 46-year-old Jeff Gruber. She continued to make the calls and send text messages after being told to stop. The misdemeanor charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft charge: Edward Haskins, 49, whose last known address was 1319 Oakridge St., McDonald, was charged Monday with theft by state police at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino Jan. 18. He is accused of stealing $200 from a wallet left behind by Zachary Straynick of Lyndora. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Two-car accident: Cars driven by Nicole C. Folino, 16, of Platinum Place, Venetia, and Kirk M. Bonuito, 46, of Murray Avenue, Bethel Park, collided at 3:38 p.m. Tuesday as Folino was making a left turn onto Hays Road, police said. Bonuito’s vehicle then struck a utility pole, police said. Bonuito had a hand injury, but did not require medical treatment, police said.

Bar cited: Mingo Inn, 2698 Route 136, is facing a liquor law violation for allegedly serving a minor alcohol Sept. 26, the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement said Wednesday.

One injured: Jessica Lynn Levandosky, 26, of 146 Chess St., New Eagle, was injured March 13 when her vehicle crashed on Route 88, Union, and rolled over. Two passersby broke the window and helped her out of the wreckage. She was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital for treatment.

Three charged: Allan Jackson, 36, of Amity, and Jessica Yanello, 26, and Anthony Long, 38, both of Washington, were each charged by state police with disorderly conduct stemming from a road rage incident Monday night near the intersection of East Wylie and Jefferson avenues, Washington.

Arraigned on two incidents: Barron Lee Johnson, 31, of 114 Linn Ave., Washington, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges filed by Washington and North Franklin township police. Johnson was charged by city police with leaving the scene of a crash and traffic violations for allegedly hitting a car owned by Leisa Cindric on Donnan and Summerlea Avenues last September. Redlinger set a $5,000 percentage on those charges. He is charged by North Franklin police with possessiing instruments of a crime and marijuana stemming from a Feb. 22 incident on Roosevelt St. Redlinger set bond at $10,000. Johnson is in Washington County jail on a detainer.

Drug charges: Corey L. Sexton, 20, of 370 Duncan Ave., Washington, was arraigned by video Tuesday on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin filed by Washington County sheriff’s deputies. The deputies found the suspected drug Feb. 20 when they went to Sexton’s home to serve an adult probation warrant. Sexton is in Washington County jail on the warrant. District Judge Robert Redlinger set bond at $5,000.

Theft charge: Levi E. Cutshall, 24, of 62 Victoria St., Washington, was arraigned by video Tuesday on a charge of theft filed by Washington police for allegedly stealing a cellphone valued at $400 from Samantha Jenkins in January. District Judge Robert Redligner set a $5,000 percentage bond for Cutshall, who is in Washington County jail on a bench warrant.

Resisting, disorderly charges: Joseph Barnes, 47, of 900 Chartiers St., Washington, was arraigned by video on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and driving under suspension after he reportedly ran from Washington police during a traffic stop Saturday in the 600 block of Addison. District Judge Robert Redligner set a $5,000 percentage bond on Barnes, who is in Washington County jail on a bench warrant.

Theft, fraud charges: Randolph T. Lewis Jr., 42, of 836 1/2 Duncan Ave., Washington, was arraigned by video on chargs of access device fraud and theft filed by state police for allegedly using the debit card of Patricia Dillon to withdraw $546 from her account. District Judge robert Redlinger set a $5,000 bond for Lewis, who is in Washington County jail on a bench warrant and other charges.

Marijuana possession charges: Deangelo Wells, 26, of 429 Houston St., Washington, was charged by Washington police for having suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a March 8 traffic stop at McDonald’s, 999 Jefferson Ave. Drug charges along with charges of disorderly conduct and driving under suspension will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
