Three charges withdrawn

Criminal trespass charges against three people were withdrawn earlier this month by the Washington County district attorney’s office, just before a preliminary hearing was scheduled. Douglas Head, 1465 Candor Road, Bulger, and Kimberly McLaughlin-McAfee and Richard McAfee Jr., both of Oakdale, had been charged in August in a private criminal complaint by Spagnolo Construction of Wexford.

They were scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 4, but the charges were withdrawn the day before.
