The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Cory George, 24, of Bentleyville; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Deangelo D. Smith, 28, of Charleroi; two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver drugs; charged Nov. 30; sentence – 1 to 2 years in prison to run consecutively to one another.

Deangelo D. Smith, 28, of Charleroi; drug possession; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail.

Deangelo D. Smith, 28, of Charleroi; manufacture, delivery or possessing with the intent to manufacture or deliver drugs; charged June 25; sentence – 1 to 2 years in prison to run consecutively with other sentences.

Charles C. Phillips, 25, of Pittsburgh; driving under the influence, first offense; charged May 8; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, a $1,000 fine, restitution and a 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Calvin J. Dainty Sr., 48, of 210 Washington Ave., Charleroi; recklessly endangering another person, first offense of DUI and fleeing or eluding police; charged July 4; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, a $1,000 fine and a 12-months driver’s license suspension for the DUI charge; 12 months of probation to run consecutively for the fleeing and eluding charge; and 12 months of probation to run consecutively for the reckless endangerment charge.

Cory T. Wauthier, 21, of Midway; receiving stolen property; charged July 1; sentence – 24 months of probation and $500 in restitution to the victim.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Ronald A. Kyle Jr., 58, of 403 Short Drive, New Eagle; hindering apprehension/providing false information, obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 10 and Aug. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation for each charge to run concurrently.

Harry C. Wesler III, 44, of 198 Bebout Road, Venetia; second offense of DUI and trespass by motor vehicle; charged July 27; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, an $1,525 fine, an 18-month driver’s license suspension and no contact with the victim and their family.

Pamela J. Marsteller, 47, of McKees Rocks; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 10; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail for possession of a controlled substance and 11 months of probation for the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathaniel Brice, 24, of Washington; simple assault, criminal mischief, trespass and possession of marijuana; charged July 9; sentence – 12 months of probation for the first three counts, 30 days of probation for possession of marijuana and restitution.

Nathaniel Brice, 24, of Washington; simple assault and possession of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 31, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation for each count, to run concurrently.

Randy W. Painter, 25, of 618 Lewis Street, Brownsville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Charles W. Linton, 55, of 1295 Donnan Ave., Washington; defiant trespass; charged April 28; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victims.

Angela M. Bell, 25, of 275 Springfield Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged April 30; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Macy’s.

Robert J. McAnany, 38, of Westland; obstruction of justice; charged March 3, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Melissa A. Patrick, 28, of 19 Monarch Ave., Washington; manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver drugs; charged April 17; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Troy J. Jericho, 26, of 83 Thompson Ave. Ext., Donora; possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept.8; sentence – 12 months of probation for each charge.

Jennifer L. Brake, 32, of 177 First Ave., New Eagle; receiving stolen property; charged July 3, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Christopher T. Nestor, 41, of Washington; endangering children; charged May 27; sentence – 23 months of probation.

Zachary M. Petrola, 21, of 868 Spring Valley Road, Scenery Hill; three counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged March 22; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution to the victim and no contact with the victim.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

William A. Roberts, 45, of Monessen; obstruction of justice; charged Oct. 28; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail.

Arthur R. Brewington, 50, unknown address; retail theft; charged Oct. 16; sentence – 5 to 12 months in jail.

Tracie L. Lindsay, 53, of 305 Kelley Road, Washington; first offense of DUI; charged Nov.1; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, a 12-month driver’s license suspension and a $1,000 fine.
