Greene County Council on the Arts is sponsoring a bus trip April 13 to a Pittsburgh Pops Concert, “Bugs Bunny at the Symphony II.”

It will be an afternoon of classical music and classic animation celebrating the most famous and beloved cartoons in the world, and their equally famous music.

Created and conducted by Emmy Award winner George Daugherty, the progam features favorite Warner Bros. “Looney Tunes,” all with live orchestra accompaniment.

Joining Bugs Bunny are his popular cohorts Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck, Tweety, Wile E. Cote, Road Runner, Pepe Le Pew and others. The cost per person is $91. Reservations must be made by March 28.

In addition to the concert ticket and bus transportation to the show, the price includes a catered dinner served in the Overlook Room at Heinz Hall prior to returning to Waynesburg.
