WRIGHTSVILLE (AP) – After two days of searching, there’s still no trace of a man and woman last seen getting on a boat on the Susquehanna River.

Investigators say 55-year-old Elizabeth Dorsaneo of Thorndale, Chester County, and her sometime-boyfriend, a York County man whose name has not been released, disappeared sometime over the weekend when they went out on a boat and didn’t come back.

Crews searched an area where the man’s truck and trailer were found and an island on the river with cabins the man frequented, as well as other locations where he had acquaintances.

Hellam Township police Chief Mark Sowers said the search was called off Tuesday afternoon because of bad weather.

Investigators are examining cellphone records and could use a helicopter to search Wednesday.
