Disorderly conduct citation: Borough police said they issued nontraffic citations to Lorenzo D. Russell, 23, of Monessen, for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at the Kwik Fill station, California, about 2:29 a.m. Thursday.

Simple assault charge: Timothy J. Price, 19, of Fredericktown, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an incident at Lone Pine Road and Third Street. State police said they responded to an altercation between Timothy Price and Jeremy A. Price, 20, of Brownsville, at 7:49 p.m. Thursday. Police said Jeremy Price received moderate injuries and was charged with harassment. Timothy Price was released from Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
