Benefit dinner planned

A benefit chicken/meat loaf dinner and Chinese auction will be held at the New Freeport Fire Hall from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. This will benefit a volunteer firemen, Juanita Phillips, who has cancer. Dinners are $8 for adults and $5 for children.
