The following people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Matthew C. Hetrick, 31, 163 Center St., Millsboro; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and obscuring vehicle plates; charged Jan. 10; sentence – 30 days to 12 months of probation and $25 fine.

Amy B. Gaster, 46, 400 Highfield Ave., Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana; charged Jan. 16; sentence – 30 days to 12 months of probation.

William Fields, 23, 833 Russellwood St., Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 27, 2012; sentence – 36 months of probation.

Keith M. Jacobs, 53, 126 Woodcrest Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 6, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and license suspension.

James Moore, 37, 111 Railroad St., Bentleyville; fleeing, first offense of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license; charged July 25, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with 4 1/2 months in jail, 4 1/2 months of electronic home monitoring and $100 fine.

Armand C. Dellovade, 76, 906 Baker Road, Canonsburg; second offense of DUI; charged Nov. 21, 2012; sentence – 30 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, license suspended for 12 months, highway safety school and $750 fine.

Ryan C. Ritenour, 30, 46 Junction A, Ellsworth; criminal attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and two counts of forgery; charged April 1, 2012; sentence – 24 months in the state Intermediate Punishment program and 12 months of probation.
