The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Gerald L. Conklin, 47, 4461 Gladstone St., Pittsburgh; seven counts of bad checks, charged Dec. 27, 2012; sentence – 7 years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Stephen J. Murphy II, 22, 50 1/2 Fifth St., Meadow Lands; burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary; charged Jan. 9; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail, no contact with the co-defendant, and restitution.

Adontal D. Rainey, 26, 4974 Williamsport Road, Elizabeth; simple assault and possession; charged Oct. 23; sentence – 24 months of probation, anger management, contraband destroyed and funds forfeited.

Kelly Willard, 35, 990 Broad St., Washington; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; charged Aug. 29, 2012; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days in jail and 6 months of electronic home monitoring.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Michael A. Bill, 51, 406 Oliver Drive, White Oak; recklessly endangering another person; charged Oct. 19, 2012; sentence – 23 months in jail.

Bobbie J. Yerkey, 30, 250 N. Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg; theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 3; 23 months of probation and restitution.

Tiffany D. Stewart, 30, 214 Fifth St., California; two counts of theft by deception; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Jenna M. Chornak, 21, 330 Washington Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 27; sentence – placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.

James E. Nixon, 36, 660 Addison St., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 24; sentence – 18 months of probation and banned from Wal-Mart.

Chad M. Snyder, 21, 97 Prospect Ave., Charleroi; burglary and theft; charged Aug. 26; sentence – 11 to 23 months in jail, 2 years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Homer H. Thomas Jr., 34, 301 Cricketwood Court, Canonsburg; third offense of DUI; charged April 14, 2013; sentence – 1 to 2 years of electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12 months on the Interlock ignition device and highway safety classes.

Billy V. Zgorliski, 52, 206 Old West Road, Bentleyville; disorderly conduct; charged May 29; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Levi E. Cutshall, 24, 62 Victoria St., Washington; simple assault, theft by unlawful taking and two counts of retail theft; charged Jan. 20; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, domestic violence counseling or anger management classes and 23 months of probation.
