Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Ryan D. Lyle, 28, Irwin; endangering the welfare of children, first offense of driving under the influence, careless driving; charged March 24, 2013; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail.

John F. Morris, 49, Monessen; providing false identification to law enforcement and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 11, 2013; 3 to 12 months in the Intermediate Punishment program.

Yordy J. Perez, 34, 401 Short St., Donora; simple assault; charged Sept. 11; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail and anger management classes.

Zachary J. Greyshock, 22, 308 Crest Ave., Charleroi; loitering; charged July 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brandon A. McCullough, 20, 60 Oakwood Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 14; placed in the probation without verdict program for 90 days.

Daniel J. Saville, 28, 134 West Fairmeadows Drive, Canonsburg; simple assault; charged Oct. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, no contact with the victim and anger management classes.

Meyer C. Gray, 41, 3401 Long Hollow Road, Elizabeth; second offense of DUI; charged Dec. 20; sentence – 60 days to 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension, ignition interlock program.

Amy M. Levkulich, 33, 449 Center Ave., North Charleroi; driving under suspension and second offense of DUI; charged Oct. 25; sentence – 12 to 18 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine.

Dylan J. Huseman, 22, 2273 Belmont Ave., Washington; second offense of DUI; charged Nov. 24; sentence – 60 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring and $750 fine.

Stephen E. Hutchison, 28, 926 Arch St., Washington; second offense of DUI and driving without a license; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 6 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,600 fine, 18 month license suspension, ignition interlock program.

Shannon D. Skelly, 34, 1209 Chess St., Monongahela; simple assault and endangering the welfare of children; charged Oct. 22; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with first month on electronic home monitoring, parenting classes and domestic violence counseling.

Chaz A. Selinsky, 20, 218 Union St., Monongahela; defiant trespass; charged May 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Delmas W. Downey, 30, Dellows, W.Va.; three counts of burglary; charged Dec. 22, 2008; sentence – 5 years of probation, restitution, no contact with co-defendants and victim.

One person was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If she successfully completes the program, she can petition the court to have her record expunged.

Jennifer L. Massare, 23, 128 ½ Downer St., Monongahela; was admitted for 12 months for theft, conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; charged Feb. 1.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Jesse Lauw, 58, 3103 Laurel Ridge Circle, Bridgeville; first offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 33 days to 6 months in jail, $2,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Jessica L. Cooper, 27, 1558 Walters St., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 16; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Kenneth P. Mooney Jr., 27, 141 Wisebecker Lane, Monongahela; simple assault; charged Jan. 15, 2013; sentence – 2 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and domestic violence or anger management classes.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

James F. Young, 55, 704 Walnut St., Monongahela; simple assault; charged Aug. 16; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and anger management classes.

John A. Hyatt, 31, 103 Bliss Ave., Nemacolin; robbery; charged April 11, 2013; sentence – 10 to 23 months in jail and restitution.

Melinda L. Headlee, 41, 1145 First St., Denbo; criminal mischief, first offense of DUI, reckless endangerment and driving with a suspended license; charged April 21, 2013; sentence – 3 to 6 months of electronic home monitoring followed by 24 months of probation, $2,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.

James C. Antosh, 34, 300 Hornhead Road, Westland; resisting arrest; charged Jan. 22; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Rebecca Janesko, 47, 2235 Walton Ave., Pittsburgh; attempted burglary and resisting arrest; charged Sept. 17; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, no contact with the victim and restitution.

Several people were admitted to the ARD program for 12 months for first offenses of DUI. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Kelly L. Welch, 42, 405 Thomas Road, Canonsburg; Robert T. Lenfestey, 22, 563 Boquet St., Carnegie; Karrie A. Cooper, 32, 728 Washington Ave., Charleroi; Lance Blankenship, 43, 35 Victoria St., Washington.
