WAYNESBURG- A preliminary hearing is scheduled June 18 for a Morgan Township man who allegedly exposed himself on his front lawn.

State police filed charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct against James Craig Fulton, 53, of 130 Country Club Road, Waynesburg, after a woman at a residence across the street allegedly saw him naked April 19.

According a criminal complaint, Fulton was standing on his lawn with only a bath robe draped over his shoulder and his body exposed to the roadway.
