WAYNESBURG – Greene County Sheriff Brian A. Tennant released the following activity report for October:

• The office processed 69 civil actions and served 60 documents related to civil actions; it processed seven real estate sales and served papers related to seven real estate sales;

• The office processed two personal property actions and served documents related to two personal property actions;

• It processed nine protection-from-abuse actions; served papers related to eight protection-from-abuse actions and investigated two protection-from-abuse order violations;

• The office processed 82 licenses to carry concealed weapons and served six warrants;

• The office assisted three outside agencies and engaged in seven special details;

• It made seven traffic stops resulting in two citations, five warnings and six arrests;

• Mileage traveled by deputies for the month was 4,830 miles.
