Disorderly house: Carlie Nicole Argiakism, 19, Micall Marie Interval, 19, and Lauren Louise Zacharias, 20, all of Belle Vernon, were charged Wednesday by California police with a disorderly house violation. They are accused of hosting a loud party that spawned fights and other illegal activity Oct. 26 at 683 Ash St.

Assault arrest: Robert C. Milligan II, 44, of 2585 Jefferson Ave., Canton, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant. His wife, Emma L. Milligan, told police Monday he assaulted her Oct. 27. He allegedly grabbed her left hand, twisting it and causing a spiral fracture to her finger. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of aggravated assault and simple assault. He was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Drug charges: Jeremy D. Dunseath, 34, of 183 Castile Ridge Road, Marianna, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop Tuesday night in a vehicle in which he was a passenger, Charleroi Regional police said. Dunseath was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Vandalism: A mailbox was allegedly blown up outside a residence in the 300 block of Greenfield Drive about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Peters Township police said.

Criminal trespass: A motorcycle was taken from a garage in the 300 block of Springdale Road, then returned to the garage with body damage and a flat tire, the owner told township police Tuesday.

Theft from vehicle: A man reported to township police Tuesday a tablet computer was taken from his vehicle while parked at a gas station on East McMurray Road. The tablet was tracked to a McDonald’s in Morgantown, W.Va., but the suspect and the tablet were not found.

Purses stolen: Two women reported their purses stolen from different locations in South Strabane, police said Tuesday. Melissa Yetsick of Washington told township police her purse containing credit and debit cards and an iPhone was stolen from a locker at the Cameron Wellness Center, Wellness Way. Judith Zugec of McMurray reported her purse stolen from Applebee’s, Trinity Point.

Driver charged: Gary Brown, 48, of 1 Sandstone Drive, Union, was charged Tuesday by Southwest Regional police with leaving the scene of an accident stemming from an Oct. 26 crash on Stone Church Road.

Man robbed: William Reese of Washington told Washington police he was robbed as he walked in the 100 block of McCarrell Avenue Tuesday night. He told police he was hit from behind and knocked to the ground. A voice told him to stay down. The robber then stole $586, a lighter and pack of cigarettes from Reese’s pockets. Reese told police the robber, who ran in the direction of Fayette Street, wore a dark, hooded shirt, dark pants and Timberland-style boots.

Faces charges: Katelyn Scherer, 26, of 746 Broad St., Washington, faces charges, including leaving the scene of an accident, stemming from a hit-and-run crash Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Hayes Avenue and West Chestnut Street. She is accused of hitting a vehicle driven by Robert Brant of Stockdale and leaving the scene. Scherer later went to the Washington police station and admitted her involvement. She also told police she had no insurance or valid driver’s license.
