A single lane closure will occur on Interstate 70 between the north junction of Interstate 79 and the Beau Street exit from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday so that lines can be painted for traffic pattern changes, the state Department of Transportation announced.

The work is part of the project to widen the interstate to three lanes in each direction between the north and south junctions and build a diverging diamond interchange at the Murtland Avenue exit.
