The couple accused of stealing a car from the parking lot of a Canonsburg drugstore last month were apprehended Wednesday in Butler.

Canonsburg police obtained arrest warrants late last week for Tiffany Nichol Hilliard, 28, of Butler, and Joshua K. Greaves, 32, of Sharon, for allegedly stealing a Hyundai Sonata that was left running outside Walgreens, 109 Cavasina Drive, Oct. 18, while the owner was at a movie kiosk outside the store. The car was found in Wilkinsburg last week.

Hilliard is charged by Canonsburg police with robbery of a motor vehicle, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment and theft. Greaves is charged with conspiracy.

Butler police filed drug charges against Hilliard. Greaves is wanted on theft charges in Mercer County.

They will be arraigned later before District Judge David Mark.
