PITTSBURGH (AP) – A Pittsburgh man has been sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to a third-degree murder charge.

Prosecutors say the 23-year-old Phillip Miller was charged in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Harold Young in August 2012.

Miller also pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to commit criminal homicide and an aggravated assault charge in connection with the wounding of 17-year-old Corey Hairston.

Prosecutors say Miller will be subject to five years of probation after his release.
