Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Daneja R. Moorer, 21, 1026 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; simple assault, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 19; sentence – 12 months of probation with credit for time served, anger management counseling and no contact with victim.
Alexis L. Spossey, 24, 19 Murtland Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 1; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program.
Melanie D. Crowe, 35, 40 Arch St., Vestaburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 21, 2013; sentence – 6 months of Probation Without Verdict program.
Steven R. Sadler, 25, 1162 Valley View Drive, Lawrence; possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 3, 2011; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days in jail, followed by 6 months of electronic home monitoring.
Christopher Workman, 34, 232 Dearth Road, Uniontown; false identification to law enforcement; charged April 22; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Gary Coleman Jr., 22, 1370 Allison Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged June 19, 2013; sentence – $150 fine.
Tonio B.A. Howard, 23, 372 Pennsylvania Ave., North Charleroi; two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 14; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 3 years of probation and no contact with victim.
Christopher J. Wall, 31, 375 N. Wade Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation with credit for time served and banned from Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits.
James D. Gibson, 36, 1225 Mohler Court, Pittsburgh; bad checks; charged May 8, 2013; sentence – 2 years of probation and restitution.
Kailey E. Crouse, 22, 11 Columbus Drive, Monessen; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, $100 fine and banned from Wal-Mart.

Dominick J. Corlazzoli, 26, Marianna; burglary and theft by unlawful taking; charged March 20; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and continue with mental health treatment.
Clint J. Muniz, 22, 201 Meadow Alley, Marianna; burglary and theft by unlawful taking; charged March 20; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with co-defendant and victim.
Jessica M. Sullivan, 28, 22 Marion Villa, Belle Vernon; retail theft, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 19, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Dollar Store.
Elliott B. Haney, 32, 1311 Wareman Ave., Pittsburgh; harassment; charged Sept. 5; sentence – 6 months of probation, anger management classes and no contact with victim.
Billie J. Polaski, 52, 101 Seventh St., Monongahela; retail theft; charged July 23; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Target.
Julie A. Mullaney, 51, 177 Dogwood St., Westland; criminal mischief; charged June 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Stacey J. Wehner, 28, 212 Ridge Ave., Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 1; sentence – 6 months of Probation Without Verdict program.
Anthony S. Encapera, 43, 1026 Pike Run Road, Coal Center; retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Aug. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Wal-Mart.

Brittany L. Whipkey, 30, 136 Center Ave., Burgettstown; two counts of endangering the welfare of children; charged Sept. 1, 2013; sentence – 2 to 23 months in jail, 2 years of probation, parenting classes and no contact with children until Children and Youth Services approves.
Edwin Davis III, 25, 250 W. Hallam Ave., Washington; false identification to law enforcement; charged June 23; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Robert N. Lilley Jr., 44, 2112 Pleasant Grove Road, Claysville; theft by unlawful taking; charged April 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Matthew M. Hill, 21, 1495 Easton Road, Warrington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Celeste J. Bohnak, 37, 404 Fourth St., Monongahela; endangering the welfare of children; charged June 9; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, with minimum to be served on electronic home monitoring, and parenting classes.
Sarafina Scagline, 28, 808 Summerset Ave., Monessen; access device fraud; charged March 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
The following people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
