Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Dylan L. Britt, 22, 207 Hickory Circle; possession with intent to deliver; charged May 9; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring.

Tyler A. Patch, 24, 855 Meldon Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 9, 2010; sentence – 12 months of probation and 150 hours of community service.

David J. Charles, 55, 89 O’Hara Road, Canonsburg; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged April 5; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.

Joseph J. Barnes, 48, 900 Chartiers St., Washington; resisting arrest and driving with a suspended licensed; charged March 15; sentence – 18 months of probation with credit for time served, 50 hours of community service and $200 fine.

Dereci A. Lowe Jr., 24, 227 Rebecca St., Monessen; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 8, 2011; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 9 months on electronic home monitoring.

Donald E. Hibbard, 37, 424 Clover St., Brownsville; theft and criminal mischief; charged May 21, 2013; sentence – 23 months oin the Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Ashley Fuller, 24, 75 Angle St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged April 12; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ashley M. Crouch, 23, 2100 Route 481, Monongahela; disorderly conduct; charged May 1; sentence – $300 fine.

Jacob Trail, 27, 1215 McKean Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 11; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Nashay B. Tenney, 24, Youngstown, Ohio; simple assault; charged July 4; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, anger management classes and no contact with officer.

Gary L. Boyd, 31, 502 Hay St., Pittsburgh; theft; charged May 16, 2013; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail, restitution and banned from Meadow Lands Gymnastics.

Lance Stumpf, 45, 419 Cecil-Henderson Road, Canonsburg; simple assault and terroristic threats; charged Feb. 17; sentence – 3 to 23 months of electronic home monitoring and no contact with victim.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Robert Roberts, 178 Locust St., Muse; possession of a controlled substance and two counts of bookmaking; charged March 7, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation and lifetime ban from gambling establishments.

Christime N. Wallace Jolly, 26, 424 Highfield Ave., Canonsburg; disorderly conduct and driving without a license; charged Sept. 19, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.
