The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Brandon M. Retos, 32, 409 N. Wade Ave., Washington; prohibited weapons, two counts of receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 17; sentence – 36 months of probation and restitution.
Roger L. Harris Jr., 32, 608 Spruce St., New Salem; eluding a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 19; sentence – 120 days to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation and $500 fine.
William Koster IV, 25, 333 Third St., Donora; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 17, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 12 month of electronic home monitoring, Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and no contact with co-defendants.
Jonathan Granato, 20, 325 Phillips St., Charleroi; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged April 29; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail and no contact with co-defendant.
Robbin L. Craig, 52, 2322 The Circle, Washington; theft by deception and retail theft; charged June 27, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, Narcotics Anonymous meetings, no contact with co-defendants and banned from Wal-mart.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Aaron T.L. Gordon, 19, 616 Penn Wood Drive, Penn Hills; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 21; sentence – 6 months of Probation Without Verdict program and 10 hours of community service.
