The Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water to Goslin Road from Route 88 to the horse barn from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 6 to make system upgrades. Customers may experience low pressure or no water and are advised to have containers of water on hand to minimize the effects of the outage.
