PITTSBURGH (AP) – Authorities in Western Pennsylvania have arrested one man and are seeking another in the shooting death of a man during a home invasion in a Pittsburgh suburb almost a year ago.

Federal marshals said a task force took 22-year-old Bradley Kemp into custody in the basement of an East Hills home on Thursday.

Police are still seeking 24-year-old Rasheim Wallace of Wilkinsburg in the November 2013 slaying of 39-year-old Thomas Cassano in his home in Coraopolis, who was found shot and had duct tape wrapped around his head.

A witness told investigators that several intruders entered the house seeking drugs and money and pulled Cassano from a bedroom before shooting him and fleeing.

Allegheny County police said two children home at the time were unhurt.
