Copper stolen: Jamie Michalka of Canonsburg told Canonsburg police copper pipe was stolen from the basement of her mother’s home in the 500 block of Duquesne Avenue. A turkey and 50 dozen wedding cookies were stolen from a freezer. The thefts were discovered Tuesday.

Theft arrest: Natalie Teresa Isbell, 30, of Yohe Street, Monongahela, was arrested Tuesday by Carroll police on a felony charge of retail theft for allegedly stealing $25 in cosmetics from Giant Eagle, 1300 Country Club Road. She was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Apartment burglarized: Heather Ann Dillon and Richard Stankowski told McDonald police early Tuesday their apartment at 504 North Ave., Midway, was burglarized. Stolen were two Party Lite lamps valued at $600 and 30 DVDs in a case.

Woman injured: Janet Keyser, 76, of Venetia Road, Venetia, was injured in a head-on crash at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday on Bebout Road, township police said. Police received a report of a driver traveling in the wrong lane on Bebout at 8:11 p.m. and a minute later received a report of an accident 200 feet west of the intersection with Valley Brook Road. The driver of a pickup truck, Bradley J. Carpenter, 49, of 491 Sylvania Drive, McMurray, told police he saw Keyser’s car approaching him in the wrong lane, and even though he stopped the truck, honked the horn and flashed the lights, the car struck his truck head-on. Carpenter was not injured. Keyser told police she made a turn too wide. She was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment.

Tools, cash stolen: Jason Cowden of Bulger told McDonald police his sport utility vehicle was broken into while it was parked Monday at Heritage Park in Robinson. Cowden told police $2,000 was stolen from the center console. Also stolen were two roofing guns, two cordless screw guns and a spray gun. Those items were valued at $2,000.

Theft charges: Jessica Gomez, 26, of 496 Fayette Street, Washington, was charged with forgery, theft and criminal solicitation for allegedly stealing a check in April 2013, city police said. Gomez was charged by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

DUI charge: Michael T. Bellhy, 27, of 2643 Beverly Drive, Canton Township, was charged with driving under the influence and accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle after he allegedly hit and dragged a no-parking sign in the GetGo parking lot at 104 E. Wylie Ave. Tuesday, city police said. Police stopped Bellhy along the 1100 block of Jefferson Avenue. An officer reported a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Bellhy was charged by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
