Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Reginald W. Silfies, 52, 22 Penn Ave., Clarksville; simple assault and defiant trespass; charged May 11, 2013; sentence – 3 to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Chayla L. Ballard, 34, 3223 Faronia St., Pittsburgh; possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 2 years of intensive drug supervision and restitution.

Ashley N. Myers, 25, 901 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged March 14; sentence – 6 months of probation and $200 fine.

Dylan J. Patch, 21, 855 Meldon Ave., Donora; theft and access device fraud; charged Jan. 19; sentence – 23 months of probation with credit for time served and restitution.

Jarrad A. Wise, 18, 115 Second St., Houston; receiving stolen property; charged April 7; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and 12 months of probation.

Levi D. Stroud, 18, 389 Steubenville Pike, Burgettstown; theft; charged Feb. 6; 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served.

Timothy M. Ullom, 25, 341 McCarrell Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 25; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Jonna J. Swisher, 34, 524 Berkshire Ave., Pittsburgh; resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 23; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Bancher Chuahong, 46, 420 Main St., New Eagle; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 5; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.

Larry J. Shirey, 44, 102 Noblestown Road, Midway; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 29; sentence – 23 months of probation.

Laura C. Scarlato, 64, 14A Hillcrest Ave., Burgettstown; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 31, 2010; sentence – 3 years of probation.

April J. Clancy, 33, 125 McKean Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 9, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation with credit for time served.

Robert P. Korhnak, 33, 5960 McPherson Ave., Bethel Park; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 19; sentence – 6 months in Probation Without Verdict program.

Cody Dubielak, 21, 766 High St., California, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 7; 12 months in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Rory T. Bistarkey, 28, 3701 Millers Run Road, McDonald; forgery; charged Jan. 10; 3 to 23 months in jail and restitution.

Michael J. Vallor, 22, 2035 Route 136, Eighty Four; defiant trespass; charged Nov. 27, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Timothy Bonner, 42, 312 Vance Drive, Burgettstown; aggravated assault and escape; charged Jan. 26, 2013; sentence – 5 to 23 months in jail, high-impact supervision and 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program.

Tammy L. Rall, 41, 186 Pleasantview Road, Finleyville; two counts of retail theft; charged Sept. 19, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Foodland and Giant Eagle.

Joshua Jones, 33, 114 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Wine and Spirits store.

Jeffrey R. Eidens Jr., 25, 1668 Avella Road, Avella; two counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged Sept. 6, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with co-defendant or victims.
