Domestic assault: Joshua Levers, 31, of 104 Warren St., Bentleyville, is charged by borough police with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and simple assault, court records state. Police accuse him of holding a knife to the neck of his wife, Deonnia Paxton, and forcing her to the ground about 3:15 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Main Street. Levers is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Marijuana possession: California University of Pennsylvania police charged a student with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver following a call to one of the college’s dormitories last month. Police said they were called to a fourth-floor room at Smith Hall on Sept. 18 after a marijuana smell was reported. Police said they found 60 grams of marijuana in a bag belonging to Tyler J. Vidak, 18, of South Fayette. He was arraigned Friday by District Judge Joshua Kanalis on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, intent to deliver drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Kanalis set Vidak’s bond at $25,000 cash.

Woman jailed: Casey E. McCullough, 29, of 529 Ontario St., Monessen, is charged by state police with giving false identification when a trooper responded to a disturbance about 9:15 a.m. July 22 at 394 Carlton Drive, court records state. She was placed in Washington County jail on $1,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant Friday and arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson.

Car break-ins: Scott Jordan, 30, of Washington, was charged with theft from a motor vehicle, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after state police said they found him breaking into cars at Jessop Place Park & Ride lot about 10 p.m. Friday. Jordan also was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Jailed in burglary: Nicholas L. Pappas, 29, of 549 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with burglary and criminal mischief, accused of stealing copper pipes from a vacant house at 574 Sixth St., North Charleroi, about 4:30 p.m. Sept. 7, court records state. He is free on $50,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant Friday and arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Wires cut: Robert O’Rourke of 6 Clearview Drive, Canonsburg, reported wires for Internet and telephone service were cut from the side of his house, township police said. The criminal mischief was reported at 8:34 a.m. Monday.

Home burglary: Chartiers police said a home in the 900 block of Western Avenue was burglarized and $200 worth of copper pipe was stolen from the residence last week. Police said the burglar broke a window to get inside the home.

Charged in threats: Brandon Zickefoose, 18, of Westland, is charged by township police with making terroristic threats and simple assault, accused of coming at two people with two knives about 12:30 a.m. Saturday at 555 Westland Road, court records state. He is free on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Lead removed from drywall: A thin layer of lead on the back of a piece of drywall left outside the rear entrance of the Washington Health System office, 4198 Washington Road, was removed before 12:18 p.m. Monday, township police said. The drywall with the lead backing was left under a tarp Friday and was valued at $300. The drywall is owned by Command Contracting Construction, 1061 Waterdam Plaza Drive.

Charged in fight: Javarr Thomas, 19, of 95 Sumner Ave., Washington, is charged by city police with disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records state. He is accused of fighting with Deshawn Barfield about 10:30 p.m. Friday at 735 Jefferson Ave. Police said they cited Barfield for disorderly conduct. Thomas is free on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Mark Wilson.
