Drunkenness charge: An Oklahoma man has been charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following a disturbance at the Top Hat Motel and Lounge in Carmichaels. Kevin Kilgore was charged at 11:56 p.m. Oct. 18.

Police checkpoint: On Oct. 10, police conducted a sobriety checkpoint followed by a roving patrol. Officers issued three citations for driving while operating privileges are suspended, one for driving while operating privileges are suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol, one for permitting another to drive vehicle while suspended, one expired registration, one general lighting requirements, failure to stop at a stop sign and one for failure to stop in an emergency area. Seven warnings were issued, and a warrant was served.

No injuries: Charges have been filed against Jollytown man following a one-car accident on Jollytown Road. Police said Donald F. Crawford, Jr., 34, failed to negotiate a turn, left the roadway and struck the corner of a house and a high lift. The accident occurred at 9:50 p.m. Oct. 19. No injuries were reported.

Theft reported: Gary Miller of Wind Ridge told state police Ginseng was stolen from his residence between 6. and 11:30 p.m. Oct. 15.
