Burglary: A house on Morgan Road was entered between 8:45 a.m. and 5:42 p.m. Thursday, and the master bathroom and bedroom were ransacked, township police said. Owners Victor and Mary Beth Carelle told police about $7,000 to $8,000 in jewelry is missing, including gold chains, earrings and bracelets.

DUI crash: Shawn Rumberger, 42, of Angier, N.C., is facing charges of driving under the influence and careless driving after North Strabane police said he crashed his car on Racetrack Road about 12:25 a.m. Friday. Rumberger was not injured in the crash, police said.

Liquor violation: The operator of Red Lobster, 1005 Trinity Circle, was cited this week by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for failing to comply with an administrative law judge’s order on a previous citation requiring responsible alcohol management training. The violation occurred Aug. 13 through Sept. 11.
