Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Richard L. Kauffman Jr., 39, 1045 Mt. Joy Road, Manheim; unsworn falsification; charged Dec. 15; sentence – 2 years of probation and not to possess a firearm during probation.
Joseph A. Getsay, 49, 1702 Cresmont Drive, Aliquippa; unsworn falsification; charged Feb. 12; sentence – 2 years of probation and not to possess a firearm during probation.
Alisha L. Harps, 29, 1520 Jefferson Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 18, 2011; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and balance to be served on electronic home monitoring.
Laura M. Gourn, 38, 221 Railroad St., Webster; retail theft; charged Nov. 7; sentence – 6 to 23 months of incarceration with minimum sentence to be served on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, proof of counseling, restitution, banned from Sheetz.
Bradford D. Gordon, 19, 228 Oak St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 9; sentence – $300 fine.
Anthony J. Kalosky, 46, 351 Cortez Drive, Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 30; sentence – 45 days to 6 months in jail, $1,500 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Joanna Temple, 29, 956 Addison St., Washington; retail theft; charged Dec. 23; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Family Dollar.
Michael D. Kunkle, 28, 22 E. Main St., New Salem; unsworn falsification; charged May 8; sentence – 2 years of probation and not to possess a firearm during probation.
Appearing before Judge John Disalle were:
Maurice A. Ross, 56, 57 Zundle St., Pricedale; terroristic threats and resisting arrest: charged June 27, 2013; sentence – 2 1/2 weeks to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and no contact with victim.
Jacob J. Lazek, 31, 870 Ewing St., Washington; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 13, 2010; sentence – 3 years of probation.
Daniel J. Oliverio, 52, 875 Harold Ave., Washington; first offense of DUI; charged March 21; sentence – 5 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, $1,500 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Joseph C. Kletzli, 52, 428 Valley St., McDonald; first offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged April 4, 2010; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, $1,200 fine.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:
Corey J. Talley, 37, 39 N. Main St., Washington; false identification to law enforcement, driving with suspended license and operating vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged Sept. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation and $500 fine.
The following people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenses of DUI. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
