Theft: Clarence Braddee told state police $250 and 12 Clonazepam pills were stolen from his residence at 106 Alicia Road between 12:01 and 9:11 a.m. Monday.

Burglary: Alex Justin Uveges, 23, of 325 Zimmer Lane, Waynesburg, was charged by Waynesburg police with burglary of a house at 511 N. Richhill St. on Sunday. Police said Uveges broke into the house owned by his father, also named Alex Uveges, that was being rented to Rebecca Geisel and Chris Goepper. A laptop computer and other items were stolen. Uveges was arraigned on charges of burglary, theft, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. He was jailed on $35,000 bond and faces a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge Lee Watson.
